CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Our goal at Levitate Sound Healing is to provide each of our clients with exceptional care. In order to do this, clients are given a 15-minute grace period for each appointment, and we request notification at least 24 business hours prior to your appointment in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule. Due to the nature of our treatment, we often have clients who have an immediate need for an appointment, and we are able to offer these appointments when clients provide ample notice of cancellation.

 

If you are a No-Show for an appointment (you have not arrived at your appointment before the expiration of your 15-minute grace period) and/or do not provide at least 24 business hours' notice prior to canceling or rescheduling, you will be billed for the full session (unless we both agree that you were unable to attend due to circumstances beyond your control).

 

Should a No-Show or Missed Appointment occur, it is your responsibility (and the expectation of your practitioner) that you reschedule within the next 7 days. Additionally, if you miss 3 consecutive appointments or do not reschedule within the recommended 7-day time frame, future appointments may be canceled, and you may lose the privilege of scheduling appointments independently online at the discretion of your practitioner.

 

**There will be a non-refundable deposit of $55 for all private sessions and 40% of the total for all group sessions to reserve your appointment date and time. Balance must be paid 24 hours before the appointment. Your appointment will not begin until the balance has been paid in full.
